Our classes are open to all skill levels, and to all people (ages 12 and up)
looking to strengthen their climbing and or yoga practice!
Climber-focused with an emphasis on core strength and wrist/shoulder mobility.
Two sessions will be offered each week:
Wednesdays at 6 PM
Fridays at 11 AM
Nonmembers: $10 per class or FREE with purchase of a Day Pass for climbing!
